Lion Andreassa, founder of Lumix Art Films, is a distinguished film producer and director known for his mastery of cinematography. Recognized at numerous film festivals in Brazil and worldwide, he stands out for his cinematic language and production techniques, aligning with the latest trends in North American and international cinema.

With a background in the financial market and business consulting, Andreassa brings a unique blend of strategic planning, professionalism, creativity, and sensitivity to his projects—always infused with a touch of humor.

At Lumix, He is responsible for executive production, in addition to directing his own films, a journey he began in 2011. His diverse portfolio includes short and feature films, documentaries, an original series, and a wide range of institutional videos, online commercials, teasers, and trailers.

He is currently working on two projects simultaneously:

  1. The TV series adaptation of Uranio Bonoldi’s literary saga “The Trade-off”, a thriller that became a bestseller and surpassed Stephen King in sales on Amazon.
  2. The development and pre-production of his science fiction feature film “3:03”, based on his award-winning short film of the same name, which has won recognition at several International Film Festivals.

Alongside his filmmaking career, Lion Andreassa founded LMX Produções, a new division within his production company. LMX Produções specializes in the development and execution of projects in other cultural sectors not linked to the world of cinema, such as Music, Photography, Theater, Literature, Museology and Art Exhibitions.

Since 2010, LMX Produções has delivered more than 30 cultural projects, with notable achievements such as the inauguration of the Arujá Municipal Museum, Photography Courses for young people and teenagers, Free Music Courses and Exhibitions on World War II.

In 2024, the company led “Mobility Music”, acclaimed by the mainstream media as “the largest classical chamber music program in Brazilian history”.
